Proof Service has saved a couple of our cases from having to be continued by amazing work on attempting to get people served. In our cases we knew people were avoiding service, but we needed to be able to show the Court that we had done all we could to attempt personal service. Proof and their system of showing when and where they attempts were made with photos and detailed notes made it possible for the judge to see that the parties were lying about being available for service. Having sent Proof into rural locations, in multiple states, to get this done really helped our case and we were able to get our clients the results they deserved!
